Our Career Accelerator Program (CAP) is where we will hold your hand for 6 months through a personalized mentorship experience designed to help professionals like you land high-paying international jobs or successfully transition into new careers.

You’ll be matched with a dedicated career coach, receive 1-on-1 mentorship from Dr. Addy, and gain access to monthly masterclasses, bootcamps, and a thriving global community of professionals who are breaking barriers and building success stories worldwide.

You will also have 8 weeks’ access to MyPathfinder App: Smart apply for automated job search, tailored resumes and cover letters, interview support, and networking automation. The app will daily pull out 5-10 different jobs for you without you doing it yourself, after this it will craft CV for each of these roles and cover too. So you will be sleeping while it work for you.
